PNC Asset Management Superday 2013

Curious if anyone just attended the PNC superday in Baltimore?

I did all the interviews virtually from Britain and found the whole process to be one of the most robust and appropriate forms of evaluation for an Asset Management role. Lots of fit and competency questions but what they were empirically testing was your ability to communicate and generate interest discussion. Huge emphasis placed on relational abilities. All my interviewers were really approachable and sparred with me on macro ideas of investment. I really enjoyed the process overall and will be gutted if I don't get an offer from it, was wondering if anyone else had attended or been through similar super days?

What initially drew you to asset management and the finance sector in general? Why makes you think you would be a good asset manager? Why PNC over other financial institutions? What experiences in your past will make you into a good private wealth manager? What track would you be best suited to and why PWM, Institutional, or Hawthorne? Time when you were a team member? Time when you were a team leader? Time when you were faced with adversity? Where would you invest a million dollars?
