If you think reliable comp data on some of the most secretive firms in the world is on Google, shame on you. And please, don't even mention Glassdoor, which is complete trash.

OP - a few notes/suggestions:
+ First that question is 100% based on your desired location, function, and specific team you join at the firm - you should elaborate so that people familiar can chime in with their thoughts
+ You are joining an industry where (as an investment professional) you can see six-figure salaries and bonuses from $0 to a couple hundred thousand on any given year (if you want some sort of "you are guaranteed $X all in your first year" that isn't going to happen in HF land)
+ As a first year worker out of college, I wouldn't really worry too much about comp. I realize it's a good idea to make sure it's in the ballpark of other jobs (don't get paid $50k to do the same job as your friends at other firms if they get paid $95k), but as the most junior person at the firm it probably won't be way too different than other places
+ If you are going in for a summer internship, find a mentor / HR at the firm and ask them. They will be more helpful than anyone not at the firm

Good luck!
