Post-MBA MBB in Dallas

Incredibly, I got offers from all the MBB out of their Dallas offices. I'm quite conflicted on how to choose among them. I've found Bain to have great, laid-back people who I could actually become friends with. BCG seems to have extraordinarily smart people, if a bit nerdy and reserved. Their problem-solving methodology also seems a bit less structured. McKinsey obviously has the brand, although their Dallas office isn't quite as big. I also worry about McK's intense personalities and lifestyle.

Does anyone have any suggestions or insights to help me choose?

I think you have to go with the place/people you like the most. I think they are mostly on par with one another so there is little to distinguish one from the other expect for the people you'll be working with. Hopefully some folks that work in those specific offices can comment. At any rate, congrats.

Regards
