Post MBA PE/HF H1B Sponsorship

Hi guys,

I'm a 2nd year PE associate at a large cap fund in London and going to HBS next autumn (2+2 program, but actually turned out to be 4+2 as I defer further to get some buyside experience first before going in). Did 2 years of banking at an EB before that. I'm from South Asia and have no other passports / PRs anywhere.

My professional goal is to work in NYC for a foreseeable future and thus was wondering if there are any PE/HF in the US that are willing to sponsor my H1B from scratch post MBA. Understand that this might be limited in terms of info so would welcome any anecdotal examples of firms sponsoring undergrad / grad students to join. Large-cap, mid-market LBO, any strategies HF would be great.

Thanks.
