Does anyone know if Morgan Stanley drug tests college grads who start straight out of school? They mentioned they perform a pre-employment process consisting of a background check, but did not indicate anything else. If there is a test, does it occur close to the start date or could it happen even 6 months out from the start date (now)?
Appreciate any answers that address the question without judgement. Thanks.

Do you have any source as to what make you say that? Just want to know for some peace of mind
I interned there several years ago and have a few friends who joined full-time. No drug tests for either. Things may have changed since then, but I doubt it (interned in 2015)

Currently at MS. Was hired a year ago. Very thorough back ground check but no drug test.
