Pre-IB Career Advice
During my application to top tier IB banks, I have received offers from the following institutions:
-Central Bank of Russia
-Croatian National Bank (Member of the European Union next year)
-National Bank of Vietnam
Honestly I am pretty confused as to where to rank them on my preference list (actually how much they weigh/importance).
My background:
- Non-target EU undergraduate senior (nr 5 of Europe but 50+ in the world, well I think you catch my drift)
-Planning to pursue a post-grad degree in the US
Since I plan my career in a pure IB direction, I fully understand that any IB offer should weigh heavier than those institutions. But my question is: Should I consider an offer from these institutions when I start running out of options? Or should I continuing applying to mid/low-tier IB banks?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers from Holland
p.s. I know that I have put forth like a little ex-communist block of institutions, but they happened to be one of the first to respond :)
