Presentation Ideas for an IB board meeting

Hi

I need some ideas on approaches for a board level slide deck at an Investment bank.

Let's say I have information about three regions (NA, APAC and EMEA) and five products (Credit,rates,IB,FX,Equities). I have information of historic performance for the last 3 years and projections for next 3 years. I have calculated different financial metrics like revenue, operational costs,productivity, cost to income ratio, CAGR, VaR, market share, ROE etc based on following details

Now i need to make this into a two deck slide for board meeting. Pls pitch in some interesting ideas for a ppt

I was thinking of a 3x5 grid (3 for geographies and 5 for products). Then I will use above metrics to fill it up in terms of attractiveness or some heatmap. Does anyone have an idea about how I can combine the above metrics to create a composite score or something similar to build an attractive slide that conveys all the information. Also pls don't be constrained by my idea. Pls suggest alternative methods of presenting too
