Private Equity Business Development Comp Forum

Fellow Monkeys,

There isn't much information available on this forum or anywhere else for the matter for compensation of BD professionals in the private equity world. It's obviously a growing function within the field with most reputable funds now having a standalone BD teams in charge of their sourcing efforts.

If anyone has experience in the sector please post below for analyst / associate / VP / Principal / Head of the group comp.

This will help people looking to get in this line of work and others like myself that already are in the field and trying to find some market rate for when the first review comes up.

Thanks!
