Private Equity Case Study Final Round

What is usually expected of a case study portion in a final round interview with a PE fund? They have just provided the CIM and have asked to prepare a 5-10 slide documents which outlines our thoughts on the opportunity. The company is a buyout opportunity but they didn't give any specifics and mentioned that there isn't a right or wrong answer - they just want to follow our logic. The company was previously bought out in a secondary buyout in the past.

What would be the best way to tackle this? Do I look at whether this is a good investment and make a football field or just an LBO with various cases (upside, management, downside)? What is a good leverage to use in this case? Also if I am to send this presentation over to the fund prior to my actual interview, is it fine using my bank's presentation format and sending it across?

Any help would be appreciated!
