Well, I really like their Valuation business. For NA D&P is widely regarded as the best option besides BIG4. Given that corporates and financial sponsor do not want to loose the BIG4 as potential auditor or (tax)advisor, they often opt for D&P.
Lately D&P started to expand in Europe, but I doubt their M&A advisory business will ever be on the level of an EB.
