Private Equity/Debt vs Management Consulting

I had one offer from a prestige boutique Management Consulting as an Business Analyst's and a lower middle market Private Equity/Debt with $200,000,000 with AUM Junior Analyst offer. I am very nervous about how this decision may influence my career in the long run. I like roles where I can be a strategic financial advisor as well as an investment banker. I like the exit opportunity that Management Consulting gives me in different roles in different industries like corporate strategy and M&A and they are offering me a better salary but honestly I like more to do pitchbooks and lbo models as, but i don't like the fact that I would be a Junior Analyst. What do you recommend me to do? Is it realistic to start with consulting and move to private equity later on? I don't have plans to do a MBA and change from career.
