I recently came across PrivSource which offers "vetted lower middle market deals". It looks like most deals are north of $500k in EBITDA.
Has anyone used them? I'm on their "free preview" and the available deals look enticing. There seems to be a fair amount of deals that I wouldn't find on the usual broker sites.
We're looking for a manufacturing or distribution company in the LMM and wanted to see if anyone has experience with them before we take the plunge.
