Proactively following up for a interview
Three analysts at a top tier equity house are looking for a research associate. I sent my resume to two of them last week. And out of surprise, I got the rather prompt reply from a senior analyst mentioning she will follow up on this with me, while I didn't hear back from the junior analyst.
So this week, I sent a follow-up email to the senior analyst regarding the position, and she replied promptly saying she is traveling this week but has sent my resume to her colleagues who will follow up on this. To date, I haven't heard from his colleagues yet, while I know some people have been invited for the interview the following days.
My question would be how should I proactively proceed with this situation where she said she will follow up with me but nothing more from her? Thank you for your time and advices in advance!!
Similar position here, also curious
if you got a response this week, chill the fuck out. it's Tuesday. I'd wait until the end of next week, like Friday at 3 or 4pm before you email again.
Thank you for your comment.
I want to proactively follow up on this since they said in the job posting that candidates will be interviewed this week and might need to be onboard asap. Seems like they are looking for someone to fill up the role in a short time...
In that case, I would email Thursday afternoon

Doloribus esse ipsum nihil commodi et dolor officiis porro. Voluptatem est beatae odio iure amet nihil neque. Voluptas velit vero veniam ut.
