Probationary Period

Hi there ,

FT August start - credit research (not at a BB/EB but at a research shop) in London, I'm on a '3 month probationary period' - pretty sure this is standard operating procedure however just wanted some tips on how to ensure I pass this period without any hiccups. other than 'work hard, don't f*ck up and don't take any holidays'; any advice? what could put be at jeopardy of being let go during / at the end of this period?

any advice would be very helpful & appreciate it in advance

thanks!
