Professional Learning Indicator (PLI)

Hello Monkeys,

Recently I have been asked to take this PLI cognitive exam online (twice in the past 3 months, oddly enough). The questions are rather intuitive, but you only get 10 seconds per question and there are 50. Some of the questions are math problems, albeit easy, about as long as this post so far....

Point is- I can't seem to actually finish. I am always a page behind when it cuts me off. I will receive a second PLI in this series to complete within the next two days as a "follow up". The interviewer states this is to see how I can adapt to a workplace and be trained.

Is the point just to skip the longer questions and go for the easier analogies and shapes-based questions? What are they looking for in the comparison between test 1 and test 2? Have I killed off too many of my brain cells in my 20's?

For the second one I may use a timer so I can see when I'm at 15 seconds and just mark C for the rest. Anyways, what is this sorcery?
