Profile Review: 27m Canadian, 3.8GPA + 332 GRE, 4yrs xp Trading/Treasury Management

Hi,

I'm looking to apply for M7 schools in class of 2023. Any thoughts on my odds much appreciated.

I want to go into consulting (MBB), but given my heavy finance background I think I should say I want to go into IB for the purposes of just getting in, it would make my story a lot easier...

Work experience:
Currently have 4 yrs xp on a fixed income trading desk at a bank in Toronto. I spend about 50/50 of my time trading vs working on corporate treasury strategic projects. My resume emphasizes a lot of the long-term management type projects I've worked on. I've had two promotions, top bucket ratings, and a direct report. I work with a very senior person within the firm who would write a very strong rec letter.

Undergrad school/major:
Top Canadian School (Rotman, Queens, Mcgill). 3.8 GPA. I failed a few courses in first year but I have a good reason (health related). Re-did them and was awarded for being top ~10% of class overall.

Undergrad extracurriculars:
Elected rep for economics on student council
President of a finance club
Unfortunately no major extracurriculars since graduating...

Other education/coursework:
CFA charterholder

Race/nationality:
White Male + LBTQ

Stats:
332 GRE (Q 167/V 165/ AWA 5.0)
ETS says this is a 740 GMAT equivalent, is it worth trying to write the GMAT as well?
