Project Manager vs. Analyst position

So, I just graduated (non-target state school) and have received two job offers and am unsure of which to take. I'm also applying to medical school right now, but have been considering not pursuing medicine anymore.

1) A project management position at a large healthcare IT company. Located in Wisconsin. Pays 65k base and 2-20k bonus on a performance-based bell curve (low COL area) with great benefits. Travel will be limited in the future due to COVID.

2) An Analyst position at a boutique biotech consulting firm. Pays 80k base + 10% bonus, average benefits. Located in Manhattan, but will be remote for a few more months due to COVID. The team is friendly and the company seems to be good overall.

Which job opportunity seems the best in the long term? If I do not pursue medicine, then I would consider pursuing an M7 MBA in a few years. I've talked to some mentors, and they say that although the NYC job pays less due to the COL difference, it would be better for networking and growth opportunities. Any advice would be great, thank you!
