Projecting covenant EBITDA?

How do you guys usually go about projecting EBITDA used in credit agreement covenants? any advice would be appreciated, thx

It’s not different from how you’d do it otherwise. The only thing is do the add backs / subtractions and make the adjustments to ebitda that are specified in the credit agreement
