Promote Model Help - Excel Case Study - Urgent Timeframe
Hi all!
Hope you are doing well
I have a pretty urgent case study and am able to complete everything but have not done a promote - simple one before.
Can anyone help to advise me on this please? I'll give an example below and I just need help working out the promotes etc. I can then practice myself on other examples.
Cash Flows in Years with -100 being Year 0
-100, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Hurdle: 10% - Carry - 15%
Hurdle 2: 12% - Carry - 20%
I just need to work out Carry for each year and for each tier - I am so grateful for any help!
