Promotion/Grad School Dilemma

Currently facing a bit of a dilemma (a good kind though, fortunately)
I found out earlier this week that I've been admitted to a top MFin program starting in early July.
The dilemma is that I have two promotion offers on the table: job #1 is within my back office group with the same responsibilities more or less but a nice pay hike. Job #2 is a much more interesting job in another group (same money).
I'd like to take the more interesting job, but I'm not sure how frowned upon that would be since I would be leaving after around 3 months to start school. I would be comfortable leaving job #1 after 3 months since I was supposed to receive said promotion back in October, but got pushed back by budgetary constraints.
I see myself as having two options:
1. Take job #2 and the stronger resume point/more interesting work, leave after 3 months
2. Take job #1 and don't risk pissing off my current/future employers

If I take job #2 - knowing how quickly I'll be leaving - what kind of impact do you think that will have on my efforts to land a job after grad school? What would you do?
