Prop Traders: What do you wish you knew before starting?
I'm in the process at the moment with a small but well reputed futures prop trader (discretionary not algo) in Europe (no money up, long time to learn the ropes).
It looks exciting but incredibly challenging, they put the success rate at 55% but I assume it to be lower.
It would be great to hear from discretionary prop traders on important bits they've learned since starting...
