Pros and Cons of taking offer at a newish LO manager
I have an opportunity to go work at a smaller long-only AM ($1bn+), where the role is more interesting (broader coverage vs my current sub-sector at a Top 50-75 AM). The fund is relatively new, 8 years old vs my current place (60-70 years old). I am trying to look at pros and cons from a career development + recruiting perspective post my current role. Would appreciate any insight from people who have been in the industry for a long time.
