PSU vs Rutgers

According to people on WSO it seems like PSU and Rutgers are pretty similar in terms of landing FO roles out of UG but the NLF definitely has an edge when looking at placement data . My question is if you don’t get into NLF are you fucked at PSU or something? I don’t understand what is better at Rutgers besides it’s close proximity to Manhattan.

TDLR: What makes Rutgers equal/better than PSU bc it seems like PSU is better by a decent amount .
