Psychological Assessments as a part of the interview process?

Curious if folks have experience with these. I’m in a process with a fund right now that indicated this would be a consideration. I’ve done plenty of Wonderlic and MBTI/PI type tests in the past but this sounds much more in depth. Anyone had to do this for a HF job before?

wonderlic is not a psychological evaluation - it is an IQ test. it is definitely not myers briggs. it is probably the DISC or Caliper assessment

they do this for marketing to their LPs - it of course doesn't matter for actual hiring decisions. these evaluations are not great at measuring the sort of personality that actually is a fit for the industry.
