Public sector RE
Hi all,
Can any of you shed light on working in real estate, specifically development for the public sector/government. How does the work compare to being at a private shop (exposure to learning, types of projects/mandates, compensation, culture, career progression etc.) Is it tough to make the switch to the private sector? I would think the networking, knowledge and skill set you gain working in the public sector would be somewhat appreciated by private developers?
