(PWM) Is the "Client Service Associate" position at Morgan Stanley/UBS an entry level job?

I'm in no way an ideal candidate for any aspect of finance but from the brief encounters I've had with various PWM groups at Morgan Stanley/UBS I think I'd like to see if I would be a good fit for the industry. Since I haven't been able to get an internship at all I was trying to see if I could get my foot in the door through the client service associate position to see if I want to pursue a career in PWM. From the job description it doesn't seem to want anything more than customer service skills and a high school diploma but do people generally get this job in an entry level capacity?
