just use the search function and type PWP in there. everyone says it has great deal flow and you are more likely to work on a mega merger at PWP than almost any other bank. Tier 1B for boutiques along with Lazard, Moelis. I'm at another EB and I think they also only have half the number of analysts we have, making their deals even more impressive. insane exposure.

 

Yep, if you can count it, it's "fewer." "Let's play less poker, because we have fewer cards."

PWP has a great focus on client relationships. There's not a great deal of pitching. From what I understood, most of the time analysts, for a lack of a better term, "specialize" on the client. PWP guys don't whore themselves out trying to get deals upon deals. More of a quality over quantity type environment. On the other hand, the business model at Moelis is pitching for any deals that come through, including LMM/MM transaction sizes. that's why you see people say PWP does more mega mergers but less deals overall. different business models
