Quantitative Finance Masters for non-STEM students

I'm final year business student based in Europe and looking for information on Masters in Quantitative Finance courses at decent schools either in Europe (preferably) or USA which do not require a strong quantitative background.

There is an excellent MSc QF in my undergrad university but they require:

"Appropriate degree fields include finance, economics,
mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering and computer
science. The course is also suitable for graduates who have
completed a business degree with strong quantitative elements."

Unfortunately there are not many quantitative subjects available as part of my course.

Any suggestions of schools are welcome.

UPDATE: Just in case this is helpful to anyone else, the admissions department got back to me and told me that I could do a Higher Diploma in Mathematics and this would aid my application. They also mentioned sitting the GMAT, presumably scoring highly on the quant side would help.
