I try to update my resume constantly. Whenever you work a new job, join a new organization, or win a new award, or whatever, you should take a minute to update your resume. It is really just a 5 minute activity at most and you don't want to look at it a year or two later and think: "God, what was my selling point for that job???"

I wouldn't quite do that yet, especially if they were quality internships. I've heard recruiters say that they generally treat an internship as 1/4th a year of work experience. When you're still so early into your career, your experience as an intern could still be seen as valuable. Besides, I don't think there are many people that are 1.5 years out of school that could fill up an entire page without listing any prior employment.
