Questions about not being able to meet your expected Graduation date.......

Hello,

Quick question I have is listed below:

If you receive an full time offer after your internship but find out later on you can't meet the expected graduation date, will a company (such as the big 4 or mid size CPA firms) be more inclined to take away your offer or move your start date back till you graduate?

Thank you all for your help!
