Questions / DD to judge PE WLB
Hi WSO,
UK based but I know US community here is a lot bigger. What kind of questions should I be asking to judge how sweaty a PE firm is and the WLB that I would probably have there to the following...
- Current analysts/associates at PE firms
- Juniors who've left the PE firm
- General DD that I can do myself
Thought of looking at number of portco's divided by number of associates and the background of the seniors i.e. GS/MS. Wasn't sure if it would be looked on as a "faux pas" if you straight up ask current associates when they usually get off.
Any other important questions/things to look at would be greatly appreciated!
