Questions from an undergrad
Hello,
I have a few questions for you guys. I am an undergrad at Hunter College in NYC. I have transfered there after doing two years at Pae U (downtown NY) and also took one year off. Im planning to go to Hunter for the next 3 years. The problem with this school is that no buldge braket I banks recruit there. How do I network?
Also, will getting an accelerated BA/MA hurt my chances at analyst positions? Someone told me that the MA would "over-qualify" me for that psoition. I dont think so because I have no experience regardless if I have it or not. Anyone can tell me?
Also, does applying for the positions as analyst at an older age (I'll be 25ish) hurt chances? I dont see why it would, but you never know.
