Questions to ask a trader

So I have a lot of phone interviews set up the next few weeks with traders from different BB on different desks. What are some good questions to ask the trader that makes me seem knowledgeable about the market without seeming like I’m trying to over impress them?

What do you trade, and what kind of trader are you? (strictly technical/price action, fundamental value, relative value, momentum, etc..).

What % of your PnL do you think is from your personal prop trading vs market making to clients?

How long did it take you to become profitable, and what did you need to learn / change about yourself?

How do you train a junior trader, to increase their profitability, and how do you determine if somebody will be a good trader before hiring them?

just google it...you're welcome
