Questions to ask your interviewer to assess fit

I'm getting on along in the interview process with a small team fund and I'm wondering what questions I should be asking to make sure it's a place that I'd want to work. Thoughts on this list? What am I missing?

I am mainly looking for questions that should be red flags to keep me from joining

Personal:
1) Why did you get into this specific type of fund / what appeals to you about the space?
2) How do you stay on top of industry trends?

Fund:
3) How has the fund done in recent years?
4) What is your overall strategy for spending the rest of the current fund?
5) What is your vision for the future of the fund in general?

Role
6) What exactly do you need me to do ("you say jump, I say how high" type stuff) and what opportunity is there for self-directed work
7) How do you envision the future of the analyst role? Growth within the firm or...?
8) Do you have a budget for diligence? If not, how do you diligence your companies?

Thank you as always.
