Quick Thoughts on LBO Model
Hi guys,
Sending in a take home lbo model for a buyout shop in a bit, just wondering if anyone had some time to take a look. I'm not coming from a traditional banking or MBB background, so any tips or hints would be greatly appreciated. PM me if interested, but feel free to post your feedback publicly here (just make sure to explain what your comment / criticism is in reference to if it isn't obvious).
i can take a look
pm me and ill see if i can make sense of it
PM me, i'll take a look as well.
I can take a look at this too.
Perhaps you could make some more pointed questions. - What are your assumptions? - Do any of the modeling aspects pose a problem (NWC, Debt schedules)? - Pro forma adjustments?
It's much more beneficial if you ask questions on the forum, that way future monkeys can read this post to figure out their questions without duplicative efforts. I would also recommend you look through historical posts to seek answers. The odds are that someone has taken a very similar test and has come across similar questions.
Best of luck
