Quick Way To Find Capital/Equity Sources In Specific Markets?
Outside of talking to people in the specific markets and other traditional ways of gathering information, does anyone know of a faster way these days to gather information on active, historical, and top capital and/or equity providers in specific markets? There wouldn't be a ranking out there, or a database, or an app, or something, would there?
I may be able to help a bit on the debt side . Any specifics in terms of markets, asset types, etc?
I should mention that my firm has a database that outlines every transaction we closed, which includes: the market, the lender, the asset, the amount, LTV, etc.
PM me if you are interested in discussing further.
Preqin? It lists every RE fund Manager and their dry powder based on geography. This is what my firm uses.
Don't have any clue about this but I noticed you had 666 silver bananas so I tossed you one extra right now. Also gave everyone else one.
Preqin, which is mentioned above is probably your best source or a local broker who knows the major players and their equity/debt sources.
You guys are awesome. Thank you and SB's all around.
Does anyone know how to access the preqin list without having to subscribe (or if so what's the subscription fee)?
Curious for this info. As well
