Radio silence after superday - what does this mean?

Background: junior student, have been interviewing with this firm for a few months now for SA2020 (did quite a few more phone rounds than any other process). The firm actually finished hiring for their summer class months ago but because they liked my passion, decided to give me a shot as well.
Finally I was invited in for a superday earlier this month where I met a few of the partners. Didn't think I crushed it necessarily - messed up small stuff here and there but overall was able to answer all questions - but thought they really liked me due to the various comments they had throughout my interviews, including one partner who said it's rare to see a student so interested in this space. At the end I was told they would discuss my interview over the next couple days.
After the superday I did the rounds of thank-you emails and got a few courtesy "nice to meet you, best of luck" back in return. Since then however it has been radio silence. I tried following up with the analyst arranging the process last week and got nothing back.
I assumed I just got dinged, however when I discussed it with someone who superdayed at the same firm before, he said that he got a rejection email within the same day, so I probably didn't get dinged...yet.
Super confused what's happening. Want to get your opinions here on what I should do next. Should I follow up again or just wait? What is happening?
During the super one of the juniors did comment they were very busy at the moment, so I assumed it's possible they didn't get to decide yet. At the same time, since the superday was just for me and there was no other candidate to decide with, I can't imagine this would be a long meeting to be had.
