Radix Trading vs Five Rings capital

Have an offer for a Quantitative Researcher at both these places, trying to make up my mind. Any input on either? Comp is very similar with Five Rings offering a spread and Radix a fix bonus roughly equal to the FR median for the first year. A lot of people seem to label Five Rings "click trading" and Radix as "HFT". Any thoughts on prospects of the either?

Hey vkir, what a lonely thread. I'm here since nobody responded ...so maybe one of these discussions will help:

Five rings is very much trader-led. Radix is research-led (don't think they even have traders). Join radix

I have no experience with Radix but my opinion is that I'd take Radix quant tech over five rings swe, both for the pay and the kind of work. Both are great opportunities though.

Radix does middle freq systematic trading. They run a pod model but have a large central team being led by the founder Ben Blander which would be what most junior hires landing. Making good money from what I hear
