Raspberry Pi for Financial Modeling?
I'm looking into getting WSP/BIWS to teach myself financial modeling, but I only use a Mac. I'd really rather not have to buy another full computer just so I can get used to Microsoft/Windows applications.
Would it be possibly to buy a Raspberry Pi, hook it up to a keyboard and a monitor, and use that to teach myself modeling? I'd still have to buy the Microsoft office package, but I'm not as worried about that. Also, I'm admittedly not the most tech savvy, so any advice on how to set all this up would be much appreciated.

They make excel for mac my friend.
I have excel for Mac, but all the shortcuts are different, as is the overall layout. Seems to me that I'd be better off getting used to the actual software I'll be using professionally
Run Windows in a virtual machine using something like VMware, or just use Boot Camp to install Windows on your Mac

I've tried both and preferred Boot Camp. However, Excel is light enough to run in a virtual machine, so if all you're using is Excel, it would probably be more convenient using VMware or Parallels
I run Windows Excel using Parallels on my MBP. Works great - perfect, actually, if you buy a traditional keyboard (so you have the Windows keys, etc.).
