Re-applying for FT at the firm where you didn't convert SA last year
Title pretty much says it all.
I interned at a BB in London last year and didn't convert because I really messed up on a project at the very beginning and the analyst I worked with ultimately gave a bad feedback during the final review.
Now I have completed an off-cycle internship at a better firm, had very positive feedback but again didn't convert because of headcount / covid.
So now I am thinking to try my chances and apply for FT at the BB where I did my SA.
Is it possible in your opinion to land a FT gig at a firm where you didn't convert in the first place? Or is it a no go territory? Would really appreciate your views here.
I think it could work. You've gained experience since then, and more importantly, good feedback/reviews as well, which shows your progression.
Thanks mate - appreciate the perspective
Give it a shot. Why not?

Just apply surely the worst outcome is that they reject you...
Fyi I strongly advise applying to internships again and not full-time
What about applying FT to a place that rejected you for SA?
