RE Finance Training/Certification Programs

I'm a consultant with no RE finance knowledge or skills but want to learn so I can transition onto RE projects/future career moves.
I was looking into certificate programs through various universities but don't want to break the bank. This lead me to ULI and REFM courses/certifications.
Any advice/suggestions as to which I should invest in? Which offers the most technical/functional skills and knowledge? Or are there others that should be on my radar.
I also want to make sure it's a recognized program/source so managers within my firm will be willing to bring me on a project outside of my initial scope.
Thanks!

Many of the people I spoke to recommended me to go thru the models from the AdventuresinCRE, but I thought they were too difficult for me. So I went ahead and bought REFM. They also preferred ULI to REFM because they said ULI goes into further details as to how you derive your answer and what that answer means.

If you decide to get something other than REFM, I am willing to swap REFM lvl 1 2 3 files with the files you get.
