RE PE vs Tiny Healthcare Bank

Looking for advice on whether to jump to a RE PE platform from a tiny (~10 EE) HC & tech-focused IB.

For context, I started at the bank about 10 months ago under the description that it was "hardcore" investment banking, but that has not proved to be true. I've done very little modelling to this point which obviously limits my ability to jump to PE or a larger bank. Discussed this with my MD and the possibility of doing more modelling and he said "we don't do much of that" so pretty frustrated. I totally understand the need to pay dues and grind as an analyst, but if I'm not learning skills that will eventually allow me to move on I don't see the point in sticking around.

The PE opp is a family connection and is a solid firm (about $800MM AUM) but nothing spectacular. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
