Hi, currently an IBD analyst and have an upcoming interview for a real estate portfolio management role at one of the large cap RE funds.
Not much information online regarding interview preparation for these roles and would appreciate any advice on what to expect?

I imagine you would throw properties and cashflows into different funds. Maybe look into efficiency frontier?
