Will be doing a case study interview with a PERE top 50 firm in their debt fund. The fund invests in debt from junior to mezzanine level. Does anyone have any case studies that are specifically focused at modelling for real estate debt purposes? Would imagine such a case study would include building a cash flow model, calculating a number of credit metrics, sensitivity tables etc. for refurbishments, redevelopments, acquisitions etc.
