Real Estate Investment Banking
I am in the process of applying from summer internships with Real Estate investment firms, and came across Citi's IB internship with their real estate team. I haven't applied to any other IB internships because I'm not interested in M&A deals of traditional companies, but this internship is more attractive as it sits in the real estate team.
I am writing to ask whether the preparation/technicals needed for Citi's IB internship will be different to other IB internships, as in will they ask me how to value a reit etc or will they ask me traditional IB questions?
