Real Estate Private Placement Salaries
I've been interning for a firm that does RE private debt and equity placement (construction, bridge, mezz, JV). I'm trying to get an idea for what one can expect to earn in compensation working at a shop like this. I'd say we're in the lower middle-market.
I've researched this topic but there are few data points on it. Anyone know what an analyst (and associate, VP, etc.) can expect to earn with base + bonus in RE private debt placement? I don't want to go into salary negotiations blindly.
