Not completely sure about Europe, things might be a little bit different there, but usually if someone goes into RE valuations in the US, it’s to get their foot in the door and pivot into other real estate roles, like asset management, acquisitions or development. I’m going to assume that you say M&A you’re referring to maybe RE IB, which I haven’t really seen someone go into through the valuations route.
