REAL ESTATE: Which opportunity is best?

Hey everyone,

I have a few opportunities, but timing is not on my side. I’d like some advice on which job I should take and why. Options:

JBG Smith (D.C.) - Portfolio Management Analyst

PGIM (Atlanta) - Asset Management Analyst (Senior Housing)

Eastdil Secured (D.C.) - Investment Sales Analyst

JBG and PGIM explode in a week. And Eastdil isn’t official (long story short, there’s about a 98% chance I get the offer. Just some internal logistics).

Regarding my personal goals, obviously these positions are all very different. It just happened to end up that way. The most important thing to me is to end up somewhere where I’ll get the most breadth and depth of exposure, and best exit opps.

I also want to start my own real estate portfolio, which is why I have hesitations about D.C. opps. My dollar will go a lot further in Atlanta, and real estate is much cheaper.

Side note, I also have other likely opportunities in the pipeline that are earlier in their recruiting process (Jamestown, USAA, and a small shop out of Denver)

Alright, let’s hear some thoughts!..
