Realistic Career Boost
Currently working in a FoF Infrastructure and although I enjoy the company and the role I am concerned about the FoF future as a whole vs direct investing.
Our main focus is primary investments, and we have some % of the commitments reserved for co-investments and secondaries (which I really enjoy). However, as you know, co-investments normally arise after you have committed to the GP fund, and as a minority investor.
I would welcome your views regarding:
-
Which routes FoF allows me to take?
-
Which skills would realistically help to land other sophisticated routes?
Note CFA is done.
Thanks,
