Unilever Spreads (KKR) - has been a few years but was large and has bonds outstanding (ie you find current info) so good to talk about.

Unilever also announced they are disposing their Tea business (IPO or sponsor sale) in Q3/Q4.

Check the recent Carlyle / Permira deals

in Europe / Italy, decent brands to talk about.

EQT bought Nestle Skin Health in late 2019, very large Consumer Health Business (skincare).

PAI’s Froneri JV is always a good case study on PE activity & value add in the consumer space. Has been going on for years but they keep going (PAI buying R&R, then Nestle’s US ice cream business, merged into JV, keep doing M&A etc)
